About Paul Glasse:

Paul Glasse is a former National Mandolin Champion, known internationally as both a featured artist and a sideman. He has performed and recorded with a remarkable range of artists including: Lyle Lovett, Willie Nelson, Shawn Colvin, Joe Ely, Allison Krause, Mark O'Connor, Jerry Douglas, Hal Ketchum, and members of the Texas Playboys.


Paul has appeared on the Tonight Show and Austin City Limits. He has been profiled in Downbeat Magazine and selected by Texas Monthly as one of the 100 musicians "most essential to the Austin music scene." Paul has toured throughout Europe and appeared in U.S. venues as diverse as Washington D.C.'s Kennedy Center, Chicago's Grant Park and Austin's Broken Spoke. He has been inducted into the Texas Western Swing Hall of Fame and is a much sought after teacher at music camps and workshops throughout the U.S.


About Mitch Watkins:

Guitarist/producer/composer/educator, Mitch Watkins is equally at home in both the jazz clubs and the concert stage. A native Texan, Watkins has toured and recorded with many diverse artists, including Lyle Lovett, Jerry Jeff Walker, Alejandro Escovedo, Joe Ely, Austin favorite Bob Schneider, Grammy-winning choral group Conspirare, and the late Leonard Cohen (Watkins accompanied Cohen on his final world tour).


Aside from Watkins’ seven recordings as a leader, he has appeared as a sideman on many diverse recordings, and has appeared on major television shows such as “The Tonight Show”, “Late Night with David Letterman”, and, of course, “Austin City Limits”.
